After getting the right tools, I’m able to clean my gums. I use bottled water instead of tap water when cleaning my teeth. When using it, close your mouth after pointing the direction to use the tools. The top cabinet on top of the water reservoir is flimsy but everything else is great to use. You’re getting a teeth cleaning, like the dental hygienist does for you at your appointment.
