I really like this oral flossing device because it is simple and it works. You can brush your teeth and floss but you will still leave stubborn food particles between your teeth. The Panasonic irrigator works much better than you can imagine. You will be surprised how much stuff is stubbornly lodged between your teeth even after assiduous brushing. I do not give 5 stars for anything that does not wash the dishes and vacuum the rugs. This device is almost perfect. It travels well. It does not require a huge tank. I obsess about clean teeth and this works well for me.
